Will I meet you?

Yes! We offer a free face-to-face consultation to discuss your requirements, meet your dog and for you to ask any questions you have. We then keep in contact with you daily for the first couple of weeks whilst your dog settles in, and then whenever you need us. We post pics of our walks on Facebook so you can always check in to see what we’ve been up to!

How does picking up and dropping off of the dogs work?

We will collect your dog from your house at the designated time decided at consultation, and then return them safely from their walk.

Which areas do you cover?

We currently dog walk in Tooting, Balham, Streatham and Clapham.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or add a walk last minute please try to give us 24 hours notice. We do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

What do you do in an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency we will call immediately to let you know.

If veterinary assistance is required we will take your dog to your nominated vet, or to the nearest one depending on the circumstances.

What do you do with my keys?

Keys are held in a storage box and are coded. Addresses and phone numbers are never attached to keys and are held separately.

When you end your contact with Mucky Paws we will personally return your keys to you.
